  1. I always wanted to learn how to sing on a guitar, but it seems very complicated. Even the notes are hard to understand. Do you have any tips for learning easily the notes?

    1. Hello Dany! The notes are not that hard, and the writing depends on the country you’re from.

      Basically, there are 7 notes:
      A [LA] – B [SI] – C [DO] – D [RE] – E [MI] – F [FA]- G [SOL]

They can also be sharp (#), or flat (b). When a note is sharp, it’s a half tone higher (for example A# is a half tone higher than A). On the contrary, a flat note is a half tone lower.

The note written here on this page are actually chords. There are a lot of different chords. However, when you just start learning an instrument, you learn first the basic: major and minor chords. They are usually written like this:
      Am (A Minor) – E (E Major).

  2. An all time favourite song of mine. But never actually got around to looking up the chords and learning it myself. Now there’s no excuse, and I know what I’ll be doing later on…! 😉
Thank you so much! The chords seem good, and I’ll definitely be stopping back by your site for more great songs to learn!

    Cheers,
    Michael

    1. Hello Felix! Thanks for stopping by! It’s a really good song indeed. To be honest, I’ve just strummed it a couple of times, but never learned it entirely (with lyrics). But that’s definitely something I will do in the future.

  3. I always wanted to learn to play the guitar and singing along with it. My father was very musical and he loved the Beatles songs! This is lovely, thank you for sharing. 🙂
